My mom used to prepare this snack.
It serves for two.
Chick Peas --- ½ cup
Red chilly --- tear into pieces
Clean the chick peas and Soak it in water for 8 hours before the preparation.
Take a pressure cooker add soaked chick peas.
Add water and salt to the cooker.
Keep it for 3 whistles.
Wait till the pressure goes away.
Drain the water in a colander.
Heat one spoon of oil in a pan.
Add and toast seasoning one by one like urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilly and curry leaves.
Add the chick peas too to the pan.
Fry it till it get white spots.
Turn off the heat.
