Challa Charu


Ingredients:

Soar Curd
Onions --- Chopped into small pieces
Green Chilies --- Chopped
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves (optional)
Salt

For Seasoning:

Oil
Urad dal
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Red chilly --- teared
Curry leaves

Process:

Take curd into a bowl.

Add turmeric powder, chopped onions and green chilies.

Heat oil in a pan.
Add and toast all the seasoning one by one like urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and red chilly.
Add and fry curry leaves too.
Add the seasoning, coriander leaves and enough salt to the curd.

If you want you can even add water to the curd.
Mix it well.

Take it with rice.
It will cool the body.
