Little Gourd / Thindora / Dondakaya Fry


Ingredients:

Little gourd

Oil
Salt
Red chilly powder

Process:

Clean the little gourd with water.
Chop the edges of the gourd.
Chop them to circles.

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped gourd.
Add enough salt and cover the pan with lid.

Stir it occasionally till it was half done.
Then fry till done.
Add red chilly powder.
Fry for a while and turn the flame off.
Transfer the fry to a serving bowl.
