Gongura Chutney


Pulla Gongura leaves --- 3 bunches
Green chilies --- 10 medium size
Urad Dal --- 1/2 spoon
Salt --- as per taste
Oil --- 3 spoons


Heat one spoon of oil in a pan.
Add and Fry whole green chilies... after a while add urad dal too.
Keep them in a jar in which you are going to grind later.
Add two spoons of oil in the same pan and heat it.
Add pulla gongura leaves to the pan.
Fry them.
Let them cool.
First grind the fried green chilies and urad dal.
Will be good for 2-3 days without keeping in fridge.
Later add fried gongura leaves and salt and grind them to a paste.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.

It will be very spicy with rice and raw onion.
