Dosa Avakai / Cucumber Chutney
Ingredients:
Cucumber / Dosakaya --- 1 medium size
Mustard Powder --- 2 & 1/2 spoon
Red Chilly Powder --- 2&1/2 spoon
Salt --- 2&3/4th spoonOil --- 4 spoons
Process:
Peel the skin of the cucumber.
Cut into half.
Take one half of the seeds.
Chop Cucumber into small pieces.
Add mustard powder, red chilly powder, salt and oil.
Mix it well.
Dosavakai Ready.
Soak it for 2 hrs.
