Gobi / Cauliflower Fry

Learnt From:

I learnt Gobi Fry from my husband.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower --- make them into small florets
Onions --- chopped into cubes
Salt --- as per taste
Red Chilly Powder
Oil

Process:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions.
Fry them for 5 minutes.
Add the florets.

When the florets cook partially add salt to it.
When it is done add red chilly powder.
Transfer the gobi fry to a serving bowl.
