Cumin Seeds
Dry Red Chilies --- 2 Cloves
Process:
Tear Each Broad Beans into 3 pieces.
Keep them in pressure pan.
Pour water until the Beans dip.
Add Salt for beans in water.
Keep the Pan for 3 vigils. And keep it a side.
In the mean while, chop onions and tomatoes finely.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Once the oil is hot keep Seasoning into it (Split-White-Grams, Mustard-Seeds, Cumin-Seeds, Dry-Red-Chilly-Cloves.
Let the Seasoning pop.
Add Chopped-Onions into the frying pan.
Saute Onions for 1 minute.
Add Chopped-Tomatoes into the frying pan.
Cook until it becomes tender.
Meanwhile, Stain the water from Boiled Beans with the help of Colander.
Add the boiled beans into the frying pan.
Add salt if required.
Add red chilly powder into it.
After 2 minutes turn off the heat.
