I learnt this curry from my friend Kalyani.
Serving:
You can serve this curry for 6-8 people
Ingredients:
Frozen Corn --- 1 Lb or 3 (measuring) cups
Green Chilies --- 4 medium size
Onion --- ½ of the big one
Ginger Garlic Paste --- ¼ spoon
Tomatoes --- 2 medium
Tomato Puree --- 3 spoons
Turmeric powder --- a pinch
Coriander powder --- 3 spoons
Salt --- as per taste
Red chilly Powder --- ½ spoon
Garam Masala --- ½ spoon
Cilantro --- some leaves
Oil
Process:
Chop Green chilies and Onions.
Heat 5 spoons of oil in a pan.
Add Green chilies…Fry them till they get white spots.
Add chopped onion.
After a while add ¼ spoon of ginger garlic paste.
Fry the onions till they become transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes fry them till they become soft and tender.
Add 3 spoons of tomato puree.
Add 3 spoons of coriander powder.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for the whole curry.
Add frozen corn.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add ½ spoon of red chilly powder.
Add ½ spoon of garam masala.
hey... Dis corn curry looks yummy.. i vil surely try dis one..
