Rasam Powder


Learnt From: My Mom.

Ingredients:

Dry Red Chilies --- 10 big
Toor Dal --- ½ Cup full
Coriander Seeds --- ½ Cup
Channa Dal --- 2 tblsn full
Black Pepper --- 1 tblsn full
Cumin Seeds --- 1 tblsn


Process:

Grind all the above to a fine powder.


Note:

No need to fry them. Use raw ingredients only.

Storage:

Store it in an air-tight container.
