Carrot Potato Fry

Learnt From:

I learnt this fry from my husband.


Carrots --- 4
Potatoes --- 4
Onions --- 1/4th
Green Chilies --- 4
Oil --- 10 table spoons
Red Chilly Powder


Chop Green chilies
Chop Onions
Chop Carrots
Chop Potatoes
Heat oil in a deep pan
Add Green chilies into it… fry them till chilies turn to white spots
Add Onions into it… Fry them till they turn to transparent colour
Add Carrots and Potatoes at a time into the pan
Cover it with lid
When the carrots & potatoes fry partially add salt (mukkalaku pattadaniki)
Stir it with ladle occasionally
Fry the pieces till soft & tender
If you feel oil is too much remove the oil
Add red chilly powder
Stir it uniformly
Finish … tht’s it... The tasty fry is ready.
